3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, size, or variant, you may do so within the same 14-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Return Process

  2. Clearly state whether your item is defective or non-defective, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective products: WhiteHorseEnergy covers return shipping costs.

  • Non-defective products: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
